We are currently seeking experienced and dedicated individuals to join our team as Childcare Providers. As a Childcare Provider, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily care and well-being of children, supporting their developmental needs, and ensuring a nurturing atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Daily Supervision: Provide direct supervision to children, ensuring their safety and well-being throughout the day. Childcare Providers must create a secure environment where children can play, learn, and explore with confidence.

2. Developmental Support: Implement activities and programs that promote the cognitive, emotional, and physical development of children. Childcare Providers should focus on age-appropriate learning experiences, such as educational games, arts and crafts, and outdoor play.

3. Basic Care Needs: Attend to children's basic needs, including feeding, dressing, diapering (if applicable), and assisting with bathroom routines. Childcare Providers should ensure that children’s hygiene and physical needs are met with care and attention.

4. Positive Guidance: Foster a positive and supportive atmosphere by promoting positive behaviors and guiding children through social challenges. Childcare Providers play a key role in helping children develop healthy interpersonal skills, such as sharing, communication, and problem-solving.

5. Parent Communication: Maintain ongoing communication with parents or guardians to update them on their child's daily activities, progress, and any issues that may arise. Childcare Providers should work in partnership with families to provide a holistic approach to the child’s care.

6. Maintain Environment: Ensure the childcare setting is clean, organized, and child-friendly. Childcare Providers are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the space, as well as preparing it with materials and resources needed for daily activities.

7. Health and Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health, safety, and licensing regulations, ensuring that the childcare environment complies with state and local guidelines. Childcare Providers must stay up to date with required certifications, including CPR and First Aid.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in early childhood education or a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience working as a childcare provider or in a similar role is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification required (or willingness to obtain).
• Knowledge of early childhood development and best practices in caregiving.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and patient in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Must pass background checks and comply with childcare licensing requirements.
